myRing Prime is a uniquely designed sectional matrix ring with a wedge integrated into its reusable and autoclavable extremities myTines Prime for easy restoration of Class II posterior cavities.
The self-centering wedge-shaped extremities naturally guide insertion and provide effective bilateral separation on both molars and premolars and between premolars and molars with optimal matrix adaptation and good cervical sealing. Overall, the design of the ring+extremities duo keeps the ring stable and firmly in place, by preventing it from slipping out.
The stainless steel ring is bent so has not to interfere with the adjacent/canine teeth. It can be opened and placed using a standard rubber dam forceps or the Polydentia myForceps.
myRing Prime is easy to position even in the presence of rubber dam clamps or misaligned teeth.
Optimal reconstruction can be achieved by using myRing Prime with Quickmat Prime anatomical sectional matrices. However, all other Polydentia sectional matrices can be used with myRing Prime.
