Precision Instruments for Perfect Bevelled Preparation Margins

Intensiv Bevelshape® files create razor-sharp, polished bevels on cervical margins, class IV restorations, veneer and crown preparations. Each file is axially curved with a distally bent tip, allowing continuous contact along the preparation edge while keeping the adjacent tooth and soft tissue safe. Two coating styles are available: the classic version, diamond-coated over the entire convex working length, and the “T” version coated only on the distal end for selective shoulder finishing. All files run at 0.9 mm linear stroke / 20 000 osc min⁻¹ in Intensiv Swingle® or any EVA-type handpiece, producing wave-free bevels without micro-chipping.
