High-Performance Strips for Rapid Enamel Reduction
Intensiv Ortho-Strips® 60 µm (Coarse, brown) and 80 µm (Extracoarse, blue) are optional “turbo stages” that accelerate space creation when the standard 40 µm strip is not fast enough. In clinical tests, the blue 80 µm strip removes ≈ 0.3 mm enamel in about 3 seconds, while the brown 60 µm strip achieves ≈ 0.2 mm in roughly 5 seconds—cutting chair time without sacrificing control.

How to Integrate
- Start with Opener 8 µm to gain initial entry.
- Optional speed stage — use 80 µm BLUE for 0.3 mm or 60 µm BROWN for 0.2 mm reduction.
- Switch to 40 µm RED for calibrated finishing.
- Verify space with IPR-DistanceControl gauges.
- Polish with 15 µm YELLOW strip for enamel smoothness.
